Iowa Housing Recovery Program

The Iowa Finance Authority also offers programs to assist in community development, including issuing tax-exempt bonds, providing the lowest cost funds for drinking water and wastewater facilities in Iowa and offering Iowa Title Guaranty, which provides guaranteed title to real property in Iowa.

Financial Literacy Services

Financial Literacy Services empower students to make informed decisions to promote lifelong financial success. Financial aid advisors are available to meet with students to assist with applying for financial aid, budgeting, understanding credit, borrowing wisely, and loan repayments.

Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF)

The University of Iowa has received additional funds through the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) to distribute to students who are enrolled during the fall 2021 semester and have exceptional financial need.
